is a composer and guitarist living in West Yorkshire. His music describes the landscapes of Britain, his family and friends, and the odd personal joke which no-one can make head nor tail of.
He has been playing around Yorkshire and beyond for many years. As well as solo concerts, he performs with great jazz guitarist Gary Boyle. Gary has been part of this country's music scene since the 1960s, playing in Dusty Springfield's band, then Brian Auger's Trinity, before forming pioneering fusion outfit Isotope. He has made many highly-regarded recordings.
Angus has recently been working with the wonderful folk singer Maggie Boyle, one of this country's leading interpreters of traditional song. He enjoys playing and composing with other fine musicians too, writing songs with his wife Catherine, bossa nova guitarist/composer Simon Chandler, and singer Mark Harrison. and is currently recording a collection of songs and tunes in collaboration with his friends.
