The Gallery was founded in 2000 to exhibit the work of the barearts art group.
The group gathered in the old funtion room at the Crown Inn at Bacup. Life drawing groups were held every Thursday and they were well attended. The Crown Inn was then owned by Trevor and Kathryn.
The gallery now consists of the on-line gallery and the gallery in Todmorden. Both are dedicated to the nude. The on-line gallery exhibits works from 17 artists and links to many more creative people.
